A very nice restaurant with great prices and very royal portions. The lady who works here did all the waiting on her own! She was amazing and funny. After having so many bad experiences in Paris I was so delighted to experience the friendlyness of the people in Lille. Eventhought she could not speak English very well and my French is limited at best, everything went smooth. They do have a menu in English which was great for my table guests. It was nice to get an amuse with fruit, sorbet and a savoury touch. Very bold and refreshing. The dishes we ordered were very nicely balanced in flavour and the octopus so deliciously tender. I loved it how they made a kind of ratatouille with seasonal vegetables to go with the main polpo course. We we're so full after an apetizer and main that we couldn't handle dessert.
