Food was great! But I value service a lot and the service not that great. I was a solo English speaking traveller, so I’m not sure if this had to do with it. I was initially told no tables as they’re all reserved but as I was walking away was called back because they had a table in the corner. They were busy so I will understand some delays but it took a long time for someone to come to me. As mentioned the food was good. Excellent place for forward looking cuisine yet can still give a traditional taste of the local cuisine. The prices are reasonable AB’s portions are quite generous.

The Jarreton de Porcelet is a must have. Excellent. Beef tongue was tender and garnish with carrot and potatoes while simple was well done. The poire roti was wonderful, not too sweet but with the praline filled caramel sauce, was a perfect ending. The selection of wine is wide and for different budgets.
