Ninkasi Vaise Industrie — Restaurant in Lyon

Stopped by after a concert for dinner because it was one of the few places open late enough (until 11:30PM).

I love Ninkasi's burgers, and once again they did not disappoint. You get a good amount of food and it's well made, with their classic spread of sauces to use. Any of the burgers can be made vegetarian, just note you may need to ask them to hold the bacon on some of them. With burgers and drinks our total (2 people) came out to a little over 40 euros.

Staff were super friendly and got us seated and took our orders pretty quickly. There's tons of seating, including outdoor seating, and it's in a pleasant area to sit.

There was a soccer game on so it was suuuuuper loud and packed with sports fans, which is not my jam and I didn't love, hence the 4 stars for the atmosphere. Personally I would not go on a game night if I could avoid it. But if that's something you like, definitely a good place to...

The food was incredibly delicious and enjoyable, and I cannot find any faults to mention in this regard.

However, I must express my disappointment with the service. I had to wait for 15 minutes just to receive the menu, and then an additional 15 minutes to place my order. Furthermore, when I required assistance or needed something else, there was no staff member available to attend to me. The next time I encountered your staff was when they brought the check. Despite my intention to continue dining and indulge further, upon reviewing the bill, I decided to conclude my visit.

9 mois après ma dernière visite..... 31 mai 2019 :

Je suis quasiment seule dans le lieu, voir photo.... 15 mn pour prendre ma commande.... 50 mn pour être servie après mon arrive.... On a battu tous les record!!!

Le pire à la réception de la nourriture... Ont ce trompe!!!!

À la caisse le serveur me demande si tous c'est bien passé... Je lui dit non ca réponse...... Si vous êtes pas satisfait de la médiocrité du service ne venez plus

Un point positif... Le bon Conseil Mise a jours septembre : De pire en pire... Moins de monde ça devient vide... Mais 15 mn pour un désert... 20 mn pour un burger... Et ont oublie mon coca....

Mise à jour août 2018 : Ça s'empire...2 personne pour 60 personnes dans le restaurant... Il priorise la caisse que les commandes... 15 mn pour commander 1 désert ... 10 de plus pour l'avoir !!!

Peut beaucoup mieux faire... Nourriture froid sans saveur, demande pas la cuisson, et le serveur limite nous jete dehors à peine fini...
