I lived in Marseille for 3 months and this was the local spot where I lived, it was normally very busy so I tried the cafe on a few different occasions and unfortunately each time the staff were quite rude. They were difficult about being asked to remake a latte when they incorrectly served me a chai latte. Generally bad atmosphere. Attractive setting in busy neighbourhood square. Welcoming, english speaking host.

Good options for healthy eats and special dietary requirements.

Delicious fresh ingredients based menu. Including 'salade de jour'. Excellent option of 'Formule' menu, frites and a drink, (vin bio)! Finished with spun milk ice cream.

Stopped off for lunch. Had a pichet of dry white wine, which went down nicely in the heat of the afternoon.
