I came to this place a café l've actually been to several times before - just to have a quick dessert. I asked for a table and explained I only wanted a tiramisu, which would take me 10 minutes max. I wasn't planning to stay long or take up space just enjoy a small thing l've always liked here. But I was refused a table unless I ordered pizza. I said that this felt like very bad service and that's when the situation spiraled. The waiter started mocking me, being sarcastic and saying random nonsense in response. I stood up for myself and out of nowhere, another guest jumped in, aggressively telling me to "just go," reminding me l'm just a tourist, and that there are plenty of places in Marseille for people like me. I've worked in hospitality myself, and l've never experienced or witnessed anything like it. I wrote to their official Instagram to share what happened - hoping to speak to a manager or owner. Instead, the same waiter replied, doubling down and calling me rude. Let me be clear: I didn't insult anyone, didn't raise my voice, didn't call anyone names. I simply said it was bad service - and that was apparently too much truth for them to handle. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this pizzeria.

We entered with low expectations after reading the reviews about the staff and service. Gladly the expectations were exceeded. We arrived at lunch time with no reservation and the staff straight welcomed us and found us a table outside, we choose the Basil pizza and the vegetables one. Amazing!!! ✨ Delicious thin and crispy dough, great ingredients quality. The decoration is nice too, a mix of prints on the walls, nice old buildings and cool vibes!

Well... Staff was really rude (been over crowded is not an excuse as this is the case all the time). Not possible to add or remove any ingredient... 45 min announced to get our take away order but at the end it was more than an hour. Don't eat outside close to the main street. About the taste, they are ok, not awesome. Anyway, it seems to be one of the best pizzeria of Marseille :-P

Today I had a very unpleasant experience with the service in this place. I could left it without a special attention, but it was not the first time so I decided to describe the story here. I came when they just opened, it was totally empty except one table. I decided to visit toilet at first and check the tables at the second floor. It was my fourth time already so I knew where to go. When I went inside I greeted all the staff and went upstairs. In a few seconds one of waiters followed me with a question what I’m searching for and in a rood manner explained me that I should ask them first. I could apologise and agree with the fact that I was wrong if the tone of voice of this lady could be at least neutral, but because it wasn’t and I remembered that she was not nice one my visit before I decided to discuss it. The man who called himself an owner tried to convince me that it’s rules of France, Marseille and his personal to have a special entry style to restaurants. But it doesn’t explain to me why his waiter allows to himself this stile of communication. Especially previous visit I followed his “rules”, but anyway had a rood service from the same waiter. Seems “Rules” just excuse for a bad manners. So I didn’t receive any apologies. And the saddest thing that pizza in this place really one of the best in Marseille. At least classical options and if you like thin crispy dough. Especially because of it and good location it seems they don’t have a respect to...

We were four people, our first evening in Marseille and arrived at 8:45 at the Restaurant. We saw how a table of four got free as we arrived and the waiter / owner rejected us with the reason „sorry we are full and it will take too long until the pizza will arrive.“ I can totally understand if we had arrived just before closing but more than 1 hour before? Especially when we saw other French people who got a table ;) Maybe as a tourist you don’t have a good chance to get...
