Read moreI really wanted this place to be good. We walked in, the server grunted at us. Then my daughter and I went to wash our hands, the server is now being yelled at viciously by an older lady. The server drops the menu and grunts. The older lady is still yelling but then decides maybe we need to order. We tried and the server decides we weren't fast enough so she left and continued to yell at the younger server. They now decided in unison to ignore us. Thus was our cue that we needed to leave, so we did.

Read moreVery nice Senegalese food in large portions - you will definitely not leave this place hungry. I can recommend the Alloko, it is a good mixture of fish, rice and salad. Be aware that when the waitress tells you the sauce served with the dish is spicy, it really is!
Three other things: The prices have been raised since the other photos here have been taken, the Alloko was now 14€. Still very much a good price. Bank card payment was not possible when I was there. Waiters could have been more attentive, but were quite friendly.
