Fun vibe. Packed when we went on Friday around 1:30pm. Order for two (bf is a vegetarian) Spring Rolls - fresh and warm. Really well done rolls but fairly standard. Veggie Bao - pretty solid bun. Filling was flavourful. Not the best bao I've ever had but really solid for EU ver. Eggplant - The showstopper. Sweet yet savory and cooked in a way that gave the eggplant a wonderful yam-like texture. Marked as spicy but really didn't have much heat (mexican-american and I love spice) Noodles - much like the spring roll, very on point not special but done exactly how I expect and like noodles. Not too oily.
Only 4 stars for service as the set up was a bit odd that tables had a scanner that said you could order and pay the bill from but it didnt work. It was busy so it took a while to flag down staff to order but food was quick after.

Small portion of prawn spring roll with three little spring rolls cost 8€ ( hardly found any prawn inside, just some ambiguous minced stuff), whilst averagely other better restaurants charge only 5€. The appetiser marinated cucumber is tasteless and expensive as well; 4.5€, which one can buy 5 cucumbers in supermarkets. The plain fried noodle (8€) is so greasy that it seems they are swimming in a pool of oil. The roast pork buns (charsiu bao), 2 in a portion and cost 8€, are nothing comparing with those in Hong Kong with little slices of red char siu inside, again, these ones with only some ambiguous mashed stuff inside instead, all plus a little beer cost 34€, and they are not even delicious . Amazing service, high quality food for very affordable and respectable prices. We were pleasantly surprised by the self-service system to get sauce since you can choose between a lot of sauces and spices. We sat outside, but when we got inside to use the toilet (which themselves were very clean) we noticed the very clean and organized environment.
When we ordered a dish with pork we didn’t know the dish was mostly the fat of the meat, not really pork meat itself. We told our very professional and friendly server about it and he suggested bringing us another dish on the house. We declined, although we still want to thank him and the team for their incredible help.
