Sorry but everywhere smells urine, streets are full of rubbish, ground is always sticky and dirty. Also it doesn't make you feel in secure. It was a real disappointment. You cant really call it :" Alternative Night Life". Some grafitti things doesnt make it worth to visit. Waste of time and also...
