From the amazing rating of 4.9 we were hoping Atmosfera would offer us something to remember. We were not wrong! We were on the way back from a week in Northern Italy so were in "Italian food mode" and found the Italian food at Atmosfera beat what we had eaten in some highly rated restaurants in Italy! We had sensational cured meat and marinated vegetable selection to start with and then the best tartiflette we had ever eaten (admittedly a french recipe but using wonderful Italian gorgonzola cheese!), deserts were also well worth the calories. I felt pressured, rushed and seated in a hot corner, with no atmosphere, once my order was taken (3 times) the food came a little too promptly, though the food was fine, but far from great, the swordfish tasted undercooked in places and mushy where it had been taken out of the fridge too fast. The servers were running constantly, which felt chaotic and not in control. Je ne sait mĂȘme pas par oĂč commencĂ©, peut ĂȘtre par le pire : nous avons dĂźnez dans le noir, Ă un point oĂč nous avons du mettre le flash de notre tĂ©lĂ©phone pour pouvoir voir ce que nous mangions tellement la terrasse est dĂ©pourvue de lumiĂšre. Vraiment, on nây voyez rien du tout. On ne nous a pas proposĂ© de solution quand au problĂšme, pas mĂȘme une lumiĂšre ou de nous faire changer de table. Comble de lâironie et de lâirrespect : le serveur, qui a eu la dĂ©sobligeance de venir Ă notre table pour rire de la situation, prenant la situation de surcroĂźt avec sarcasme et moquerie. Une honte.
Pour le reste, moins pire mais non dĂšs moindres : Les chaises sont inconfortables et certaines sont plus petites que dâautres niveau hauteur. Nous avons pris une assiette de charcuterie et du poulpe en persillade en guise dâapĂ©ritif, si le poulpe Ă©tait dĂ©licieux, lâassiette de charcuterie elle, pour 8 euros, est bien minuscule. Pas grave, jusque lĂ tout va bien, si ce nâest que pour avoir la suite de notre repas nous avons attendu bien 45 minutes.
Pizzas qui arrivent enfin, jambon crue avec couenne ultra dure, impossible Ă mĂącher sans manquer de sâĂ©touffer. Qui laisse la couennes (non le gras) sur un jambon dĂ©diĂ© Ă aller sur une pizza ? Sauce tomates faites avec de vrais tomates, mais bien acide et câest dommage.
Les seuls points positifs car il faut aussi les dire, furent le vin, qui Ă©tait trĂšs bon, la Burrata, et le poulpe qui Ă©tait trĂšs bien prĂ©parĂ©. Pour le reste, jâai payĂ©e plus de 100 euros, pour deux entrĂ©e minuscules, une bouteille de vin, deux pizza et un plat. Pour cela, le mĂ©pris dont ont nous a fait part, ainsi que le manque de compassion et dâĂ©coute envers le client, je pars avec lâimpression dâavoir Ă©tĂ© volĂ©.
