Chez Mino — Restaurant in Montpellier

Run don't walk here. The meat was the best we've ever had cooked simply over fire it was quality ingredients cooked well at its finest. It is an unassuming place down a small side street on the outskirts of Sete, the sort of place you stumble upon and perhaps walk past....DONT! You won't get better elsewhere at any price! The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a family run establishment and they couldn't have Benn more welcoming. We drive around Europe every year and normally like to visit new places every time but are considering returning to Sete just to eat...

Chez Mino was close to where we were staying in Sète. We didn’t have a reservation but were kindly given a table by the staff, who welcomed us with a smile. Even though there was a language barrier we weren’t made to feel uncomfortable and the waitress was very patient with this. I had the grilled monkfish tail which was really nice, and my girlfriend had a burger which she enjoyed too. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone...

Burgers were great, cooked to perfection (even for a Brit like myself who asked for well-done - perfect!). Wish we'd had the energy to stay for dessert. Service was very friendly, restaurant was clean and modern. There was even colouring for our 6yo to keep her entertained - a small thing that goes along...
