Quanta — Restaurant in Montpellier

I was in Montpellier for an study exchange of 2 weeks and decided to go to a Vietnamese restaurant for dinner with my friends. The older pair were running the restaurant by themselves and they were so so sweet from the moment we stepped into the restaurant. They pay great attention to you and recommend you what sauces go with what etc. At the end they also gave us free plates of fruit which was super nice!!

La Quanta, un restaurant vietnamien situé non loin de la station de tramway Plan Cabanes, est une véritable petite perle. Ce restaurant, tenu par des gens adorables, offre une expérience culinaire authentique et pleine de saveurs. Bien que la dame qui nous ait servi ait encore quelques difficultés avec le français, la communication reste simple et agréable, ce qui ajoute un charme certain à l'expérience.

Les plats sont à la fois délicieux, peu chers et généreux. Le poulet aux oignons, notamment, est un véritable délice, parfaitement assaisonné et fondant en bouche. Mais la véritable surprise de ce repas, celle qui a ébloui mes papilles, est venue du dessert. Il s'agissait de bananes plantain tranchées, mélangées à du lait de coco et des graines de tapioca. Ce dessert, à la texture légèrement gluante qui pourrait surprendre certains, m'a enchanté. Rien que d'y repenser, j'en ai l'eau à la bouche !
