We discovered this place last year and had to wait for an hour to get a table. This year, we made a point of going early and booking a table for the evening. As we walked in the waiter recognised us and gave us a warm welcome as he directed us to our table. The service was excellent and unhurried and explanations given where we could not understand the menu. The meal was excellent and we found that the good service continued until we left. This is certainly one of the friendliest restaurants that we have frequented where we are unknown. The place is also full of locals, another good sign. My only advice is to book a table in advance to avoid a lengthy wait. Our waiter also confirmed that advance booking is advised.

Dining at Le Piccolino was a delightful experience. The restaurant offers genuine Italian cuisine, with dishes that are both flavorful and comforting. What made our visit truly special was the warm welcome we received from the staff, particularly a Moroccan host who graciously guided us through the menu, ensuring we made the perfect choices. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our meal. The cozy ambiance combined with outstanding service makes Le Piccolino a must-visit when in Montreuil.

Amazing pizzeria just off the square with a delicious selection of pasta and pizza (the Troubadour with truffle oil was great) - go for the 3 desserts and coffee - the rum baba was delicious. Great choice for quick service and great food in a lovely restaurant. It was very busy on a Monday evening and full of locals showing it has great reputation in town

Great to see this place come up in my Google memories as I'd forgotten the name. We passed through on the way home after a trip to Spain and arrived to find the beautiful town almost closed. I struck out from the hotel in search of sustenance for myself and my wife and was delighted to find an open door, a very cosy interior and a guy hand stretching dough and turning out some of the best looking pizza I have seen in years. I popped my head through the door and asked if they were available to take away and was told of course but there would be a wait. Fortunately they serve great draft beers so time flew by and I was back out into evening air with 2 of the best pizzas...

We were visiting the area and saw great reviews on this place, the pizza is really good but our experience eating in the restaurant was far from the great reviews we read, the food was so bad, The pasta was over cooked and the sauce definitely from a Jar, the calamari is not freshly made and tasted out of a frozen packet and deep fried, the garlic bread should be the same fresh dough the restaurant uses daily for their Pizza. If you have tasted proper Italian cooking you will be very disappointed sorry to say nothing authentic 🇮🇹 about...
