We discovered this place last year and had to wait for an hour to get a table. This year, we made a point of going early and booking a table for the evening. As we walked in the waiter recognised us and gave us a warm welcome as he directed us to our table. The service was excellent and unhurried and explanations given where we could not understand the menu. The meal was excellent and we found that the good service continued until we left. This is certainly one of the friendliest restaurants that we have frequented where we are unknown. The place is also full of locals, another good sign.
