A lively restaurant in a wonderful position directly overlooking the Plage du Kellan and the beautiful Bay of Morlaix. Nothing can do justice to the amazing location of this restaurant especially when the Sun is making an appearance.

Always remember the French take lunch seriously and the 12-2pm timeslot is almost sacrasant so I would definitely recommend making a reservation if you want to eat around mid-day. This is one of the few local restaurants that remain open all day so if you can wait until after 2 pm it will be well worth the wait.

Incredibly friendly staff..even though we arrived with no reservation they made us feel welcome and we pitched up outside in the terrace with the most beautiful view.

We were looking for a classic Moules avec frites for lunch and this place really delivered. Beautifully cooked mussels a la creme with crunchy chips and a carafe...

We were quite shocked to see others had rated this place so highly. My in laws had the squid and they enjoyed this - it was a large portion. However my partner and I were served grey coloured pork with sweet potato mash that was more like a bland purée. The best part of our dish was the veg on the side but the main was certainly not worth the €19. Our main was small but we certainly didn’t want a larger portion - we didn’t eat most of what we got.

The waiting times were ridiculous given how much faster the surrounding busy restaurants are and the desserts were average. However the staff were friendly and polite which is why we would...

A perfect place to shelter from a storm. We parked our motorhome in the aire and noticed lights on in the restaurant, so visited to confirm it was open in the evening. We stopped for a g&t, then the heavens opened; so we stayed for another g&t...or two. I can think of worse places than overlooking the beautiful beach. We reserved a table for the evening. Veey friendly waiting staff and excellent food washed down with a lovely bottle of red... ...then a short stagger back to the motorhome. Would...

Could you ask for more at a quiet beach? solid wine selection with an ocean view and sandy beach seconds away simple and simply delicious seafood, fish and meat/vegetarian options great cocktails as well but first of all - professional and friendly hospitality one of the most friendly wine list (both natural and ‘user friendly’ wines included) bravo guys

They deserve 10 stars! From the luscious oysters, excellent wine varieties, sumptuous beef, fantastic squid, and friendly service, this rates among the best restaurants in the area at this price level. The Traou Mad was one of the best desserts of my life; it took me completely by surprise.
