I had a bad experience in this restaurant. Suddenly as we arrived, we waited 15 min and they still didn't bring us the menu, when we asked them to give us the menu they said they didn't have any more, they were all taken. So we ordered what we knew could be in an Italian restaurant, no menu. After that we waited about another 40 min for the calzone, which for some reason had a raw egg inside. The waiters were nice, but they were too few and overworked. After we went in to pay the bill, and the man at the bar (I assume he's a manager or something ) was talking extremely rude to the waiters. I found it :) the search is over.... for now :) Iâve been making my own burgers my whole life, its nothing special so whats the big deal? Why is it so hard for a restaurant to do a burger ? The other two meals where also top class - top class!!!! Also the hors d'oeuvres (had to look that up) were fantastic! They brought out the chilly sauce without the need to ask! Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© pour un groupe de 15 personnes, pas 40, juste 15, et pourtant, on nous a refusĂ© lâaccĂšs Ă la carte, ce qui aurait Ă©tĂ© comprĂ©hensible pour un groupe bien plus large. On nous a imposĂ© un menu unique, communiquĂ© bien trop tard. Face Ă ce manque de professionnalisme, nous avons pris les devants et choisi trois menus diffĂ©rents, incluant des plats de pĂątes et des pizzas.
Et lĂ , nouvelle surprise : pour ceux ayant choisi une pizza, impossible de commander autre chose quâune Margherita. La cuisine a refusĂ© de faire les autres pizzas de leur propre carte. Apparemment, ajouter deux ingrĂ©dients, « câest trop compliqué ». Franchement, câest le comble pour une pizzeria.
Ă peine installĂ©s, les 15 plats sont arrivĂ©s en moins de 5 minutes. Ils avaient prĂ©parĂ©s tous les plats en avance y compris les pizzas⊠RĂ©sultat : pĂąte Ă pizza caoutchouteuse (un Frisbee), spaghettis froides⊠Rien nâĂ©tait frais, rien nâĂ©tait prĂ©parĂ© sur le moment. On se moque de nous ni plus ni moins, mais nous ne sommes pas des chiens jusquâĂ preuve du contraire.
Et le service⊠Un sketch ! La serveuse a dĂ©barrassĂ© notre table Ă moitiĂ©, sâest Ă©clipsĂ©e pour dĂ©barrassĂ© dâautres clients, puis est revenue finir. IncohĂ©rence totale, aucune organisation. AprĂšs le repas, nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes avant quâon nous propose la carte des desserts, que nous avons fini par demander nous-mĂȘmes.
Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial, aucune considĂ©ration. Ce restaurant donne lâimpression de vouloir faire le strict minimum, aucun sourire, ce nâest vraiment pas agrĂ©able.
