Dream Bigger — Restaurant in Nîmes

We, a couple of tourists, took a long walk to eat in this place because of its high ranking (4.6 at the moment). It is definitely not worth it, the time and effort wasted. We ordered kebab in regular bread and durum - kebab is mediocre; in mine, which was supposed to contain meat and veggies, they also put lots of fries. Given that I ordered a menu, these were fries to be eaten with fries (side dish). Fries were very fatty themselves. Almost no salad in kebab, not tasty. They put lots of sauce. Moreover, apparently they have a problem with hygiene because I found a black hair in my kebab 🤢 apparently of someone who was cooking. I’ve also got digestive problems after eating there, but maybe it’s just a coincidence, not sure. The place itself does not look clean/ nice, does not make a good impression. My guess is that it was really good before and then maybe an owner changed. On the bright side prices are ok and the guy at the reception is friendly and speaks good English. But it’s still no-go for me if...

Très déçu, je demande un mariné sans sauce ! on me donne un mariné qui fait la moitié de celui que je prends d'habitude sans sauce c'est normal c'est mon choix et surtout sans crudités !!! Je retourne voir la personne qui m'à pris la commande "le responsable"il me dit vous avez demandé sans sauce oui sans sauce mais elles sont où les crudités "sauce et crudités se sont deux choses différentes" je lui parle de la taille du pain il me dit il n'y a plus de pain, à la commande avertissez vos clients... Je suis parti sans me faire rembourser très déçu de la réaction du responsable honte à vous.c'est le troisième jour de l'Aïd et vous vendez un sandwich qui ne correspond pas à celui que je prend d'habitude cela s'appelle du vol si à chaque fois qu'il vous manque quelque chose et vous faite ça à vous clients c'est de l'arnaque.... On ne peut gagner sa vie comme ça tôt où tard on doit rendre des comptes moi,vous tout le monde on doit passer à la caisse ... j'aurais aimé une réponse à la hauteur de l'événement... C'est trop facile avec nous espérons...
