Les Frères Buns — Restaurant in Nancy

I was in Nancy for a business meeting and came across this place on Google. I immediately thought, I have to try it! I arrived just five minutes before closing and wanted to order the item advertised outside the building.

The lady serving me struggled to explain in English that the special offer was for students only, but I could still get the same meal at the regular price. I agreed, and they began preparing it.

It turned out to be a burger wrapped in a puff pastry. They grilled the meat, added cheese and tartar sauce, and wrapped it in the raw dough. Then, they placed it on a continuous grill set to 300 degrees. In about a minute, the final product was ready. The lady also prepared fries for me, carefully frying them multiple times in short intervals of about 10 seconds each. When everything was packed up, I tried to pay and tip with a card, but communication issues prevented it. I felt bad about this 20 minutes later.

I took the food and walked to a nearby park just two minutes away. Upon unpacking, I was pleasantly surprised - along with the burger, fries, and drink, they had included some Christmas cookies and two sauces for the fries. What a nice touch!

Now for the most important part: the food was incredible - a French twist on a classic burger. The grilled sesame seeds on the puff pastry added a delightful aroma and taste. The meat was juicy, and the tartar sauce inside complemented it perfectly. The pastry wrap also made it easier to enjoy without losing any ingredients, as often happens with traditional burgers.

As amazing as the burger was, the fries were even better! These were some of the best fries I've ever had. The accompanying yellow sauce, reminiscent of dill mustard sauce used with smoked salmon, was outstanding.

Next time I’m in Nancy, I will definitely return - and this time, I'll tip double!

Un énorme wahhhhoooo ,nouvelle pépite découverte pour ma part (le To Schuss),une vraie tuerie,j'ai surkiffé.Ma femme, elle avait déjà gouté leur choucky buns au fromage de chèvre et miel de sapin et elle les adorent ainsi qu'un autre buns .Les tenders sont également excellent avec des sauces maison a tomber .

Des produits de qualité,de leur propre jardin (N hésitez pas a aller voir leur page Facebook Nous nous sommes abonnés sans hésiter pour suivre les nouveautés de saisons ).

Mais le To Schuss buns est vraiment pour moi une révélation,je sais déjà ce que je commanderai a ma prochaine visite.

Pour la personne qui m'a donné le sac a emporter , vous vous êtes excusée pour l'attente mais pour moi les choucky prépare devant moi , mérite amplement cette attente . J'irai reprendre avec mon mari un menu créer mon buns . Très très très bonne adresse pour manger bien sans se ruiner abordable pour tout le monde

Une belle expérience nancéienne.

J’ai eu l’agréable surprise d’y dîner avec mes amis. Nous avons tous pris un bun : le « Tout Schüss ! », le « Porkcy », le « Crousty Chicken » puis le « Sweety » pour finir sur une note sucrée.

Le concept est simple. Un bon pain nappé de graines de sésames qui vous fera rappeler le pain turc renfermant des produits du marché sélectionnés par vous ; et pour les plus indécis, vous pourrez choisir un bun parmi ceux de la carte qui par ailleurs est très bien présentée.

L’accueil est très chaleureux. Un frère Buns nous a offert des chouquettes au comté AOP. Les quantités sont généreuses, la cuisine est bonne, les buns sont minutieusement préparés sous vos yeux, un bon point.

Pour finir, le tout schüss a directement finit dans mon estomac, il porte bien son nom.
