J'adore aller à Fizet ! C'est un concept hybride d'une distillerie, avec un espace café de dégustation, ou l'on mange de bon gâteau haut de gamme réalisé par Lucas. Rien n'est laissé au hasard. Tout est maîtriser sélectionné avec soin. J'ai même fait un brunch a thème qu'ils avaient organisé ( événement ponctuel ) Un super moment de découverte ! Je ne bois pas d'alcool mais pas curiosité j'ai goûté le produit de leur effort. Le Gin qu'ils réalisent est incroyable, plein de notes aromatiques qui se détache de votre palais au fur et a mesure de la dégustation. J'ai eu l'idée de l'offrir à un anniversaire et on m'a confirmé que c'était un très bon Gin plein de subtilité !
