LES EFFLUVES SALINS — Restaurant in Narbonne

We were 6 adults and ordered starters and main course. Besides the fact that they mistaked the order and only bringed 5 mains, after we had to wait for about an hour with an empty restaurant, they managed to bring a dorada fish which was uncooked! How hard can it be to fail with a plain oven fish??? Very, very dissappointed! I have no idea why thia restaurant have so many stars! Oh, and when we told the lady owner about the problems she just laughed at us and told us she was sorry that it was too cold...

Don't come here after 20.30pm or without a reservation because they'll don't treat you the same as regular guests. Although that's what we think explains why we had to wait for our food for more than an hour and a half and why 2 people had to wait another 30 min more for their food. We also think they served us a different course that we asked and the portions were very small. We were disappointed by...

Niveau d'accueil scandaleux pour un restaurant qui avait pourtant bonne réputation. Des tensions en cuisine tout au long de la soirée et audibles depuis la terrasse qui teinte l'ambiance et gêne dans un moment où l'on vient pour se détendre. Un retard à l'accueil et un service bien trop long (alors que nous avions réservé attente 30 minutes pour finalement installer la table nous même, près d'1h pour prendre la commande).

On ne peut pas parler de restauration à ce niveau : sèches trop cuites, caoutchouteuses, thon trop salé (même les enfants ne l'ont pas terminé), poisson tout juste posé sur la plancha, accompagnement avec des frites congelées elles aussi bien trop salées (aucune alternative possible - ni légumes, ni céréales, ni sauce). On vous laisse imaginer des Saints Jacques cuites à la plancha avec des frites congelées trop salées.

En revanche, pas d'erreur sur l'addition qui est bien au niveau d'un "bon restaurant" pour 11 convives (une bouteille de vin nous est offerte suite à quelques remarques). Et que l'on trouve sans surprise bien trop salée au vue de l'expérience, tout comme le repas. Un manque de considération déconcertant.
