Brasserie de l'Étoile — Restaurant in Nice

Absolutely horrendous experience here. Are manners illegal for them? Wow, such poor treatment from the waiters!

The place leaves so much room for improvement and I still have very big concerns regarding the hygiene of the restaurant.

We stopped only because we saw that they make omelettes. We then ordered two and specified for them to be cooked well (given how usually they tend to be cooked like soup in the region - no raw egg and hepatitis for us, please!)

The omelettes came back soupy, of course! When we mentioned it to the waiter he mumbled something in his own language in a very angry tone and went back to the chef.

Someone else later returned the plates and threw them on the table.

For such costs you would expect at least some decent service but it appears behaving to a normal standard isn't quite allowed!

Quand j'ai commandé mon coca, je m'attendais à un coca verre et pas un simple coca en canette au vu du prix que celui-ci coûte. Les petits gâteaux apéro ne sont pas bons et très secs, le goût était bizarre comme si le paquet avait été ouvert depuis plusieurs jours et avaient séché. Au moment de payer, j'ai demandé à Alain (voir son prénom sur le ticket de caisse posé sur la table) où étaient les toilettes, il m'a répondu d'un ton agressif qu'il n'y en avait pas et qu'il fallait directement se rendre dans le centre commercial à Nice étoile, à peine sa phrase terminé il est allé à l'intérieur du restaurant et sortir son téléphone pour aller dessus. Alors je réponds ici, chaque établissement brasserie a forcément des toilettes et doit les proposer au public, on payent la consommation c'est pas pour rien, et si vous voulez tout savoir en tant que femme j'avais mes règles alors c'était un besoin utile pour moi, pas pour embêter d'utiliser les wc. De plus, je sais que y'en a dans le centre commercial, j'ai déjà payé plus de 13€ pour deux boissons, je dois aller à l'autre bout du centre commercial monter les étages et payer 1€ et dépenser encore une nouvelle fois mon argent ? C'est juste un besoin humain. Bref, si ce Alain avait été poli ou du moins avait répondu normalement sans utilisé un ton agressif et ni partir en allant sur son téléphone en me tournant le dos, je n'aurais sans doute jamais écrit cet avis. Malgré le prix des consommations et de la canette coca qui est cher pour une canette. D'ailleurs mon avis est bien réel, je suis local guide google et j'ai écris beaucoup d'avis sur la ville de Nice, d'ailleurs voici une photo preuve de ma venue dans...

One of the, if not the worst, "Fried chicken" Sandwiches I have ever had the displeasure of eating. I think it ridiculous to call chicken nuggets thrown on a bun, a Fried Chicken Sandwich, but here we are.
