The Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Received !!!!!! I visited here in August with my wife & nephew. My nephew Always orders a Plain burger.. no salad or cheese. My wife orders a Normal whopper .. when the order arrived, Both burgers were Plain !!!!!!! We obviously complained to the ordering staff. The staff member, Berenice, was the Absolute Rudest staff I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.. she would not accept the responsiblity & accused my wife of causing the problem !!!!!!! Berenice was also aggressive & pointed her finger aggressively to my wife. She was the absolute opposite of typical Burger King staff !!!!! I took our problem to another service staff member who gave us the correct Burger in a matter of seconds .. as is usually typical of Burger King. My wife & I Love Burger King.. we have no issue with Burger King. Our issue is that staff who are Not Polite or have No Customer Relation Skills or Service Skills should NOT be given the job to interact with customers. Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a normal meal with extra ketchup, then the machine (yes there are only machines working here) wanted me to pay only for the ketchup and the main order was not applied. I tried this 5 times with 2 different cards. I adapted and learned how to trick the system, so finally I had the option to pay for it all. It wouldn't take my mastercard or my visa, twice. Then I chose the option to pay at the cashier, but that just made the human robots completely disregard my order until I had to ask them to please, please, take my money and give me my order. Then they got it wrong anyways. And there was like 20 kids aged 5-8 with no adults around, one of them blew coke (I wish it was the good kind, but this was the disgusting, sticky, sugary kind) on me through his straw. Absolutely terrible experience. They try to make it easier for themselves with computers but they have failed miserably, daft plebs....
