It’s definitely one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been in my life! Be prepared to walk lots of stairs, because your can’t get here by car. But ever so worth it! We did research beforehand, knowing it was going to be more expensive than the usual rate, renting a beachbed for the day. Unfortunately the expected service for such an ‘exclusive’ place was very poor. They sell so called ‘kefir drinks’, fresh juices and home made iced tea. We discovered after ordering a kefir drink (€15) that this was just sirop with lots of ice. This has nothing to do with kefir as far as we know? And the same with the home made iced tea, this was also sirop with lots of ice. Nothing home made or fresh, but they do charge top prices for these drinks. At the end we were also charged €33 for three bottles of sparkling water > where I specifically ordered the €5 each bottles. They didn’t believe me and made me pay the €11 for 3 bottles (we had during the whole day) Again a beautiful place, but very overpriced for poor service and poor quality of drinks and food.

The suggested grilled dorado was excellent and prepared directly at the table in front of you. Food and drinks in general were good. The beach is a nice one (for Côte d’Azur Standards). Enjoyed the small and private size and atmosphere of the private part (around 30-40 beds) although there is a public beach in front of the private beds area. It’s suggested to book the sun beds at least one week in advance in the high season. The service can be improved (no provided towels if you come, service who helps you to open the umbrella, etc.) and the drinks are just served only by chance and not too regularly. For 30 Euro minimum per bed (which does not even have a mat) and the not too attentive service the price is quite high. The overall service can be perceived as arrogant and proud but actually if you understand a bit of french manners, the service is after a first “get to know” actually nice and charming.

Spent a day here from 11am-6pm and had a lovely time. The vibes were great and the food was fantastic. I loved having a chair right on the water. I called two days in advance and made a reservation for myself. I will definitely be back. It is a bit of a hike down. My uber dropped me off and it was about a 15 min walk to Eden. It was all down hill/down stairs so that way was easy. Going up might be difficult but totally doable with a couple breaks along the way. There is also a water taxi that was able to take me back to Cap-Ferrat where I was staying. Alex was especially wonderful. Alex made sure I always had ice and helped me arrange the water taxi. You can tell Alex loves this job and they do a great job running the place. And so nice too. The service overall from all the staff was great, Alex just went that extra bit and really took the time to engage. Highly recommend spending a day here!!

Wow. There are not enough words to describe what an incredible experience we had at Eden Plage Beach Club. For starters, the name of this beach club must be metaphorical to the beautiful views of Mala Beach, because this beach cove that is tucked away almost feels like a Garden of Eden. It is a bit of a steep walk to get to the beach club, as it is below the cliffs, so keep this in mind if you have a disability. However, the views were spectacular, gorgeous blue water surrounded by the cliffs of the French Riviera. The beach chairs were comfortable, and gorgeous umbrellas provided ample shade. The food was beyond spectacular. We got the mini lobster rolls and fried squid, which were delectable. The cocktails were refreshing and delicious, perfect for a hot summer day seaside. Above all, the service was the best part. We especially want to thank Alex, who took care of us all day. Everyone in the staff was so positive, happy, and willing to serve with excellent recommendations- being very thorough and prompt. The bathroom and shower facilities were nice, clean, and modern. I have been to a multitude of beach clubs all across Europe, including Paloma Beach Club in the South of France and even Scorpios in Mykonos, Greece and this is by far the best beach club I have ever been to in Europe. Do not miss out on an amazing experience here. Thank you Eden...

The location promises prestige, the prices scream luxury, promising a top-tier culinary experience - but the experience sadly collapses under the weight of unmet expectations.

Paying five-star prices naturally sets the bar high, and rightly so. To their credit, a couple of dishes did rise to the occasion: the crispy octopus was expertly prepared with a satisfying texture, and the beef tartar offered robust, well-balanced flavors that showed care in execution. Service was also attentive and pleasant, matching the elegant setting.

Unfortunately, the rest of the meal struggled to match even modest standards. The tuna tartar lacked finesse and depth, and the spaghetti with seafood was astonishingly bland—both felt undeserving of a place on the menu, let alone of a premium price tag. When you’re paying five-star prices, you’re entitled to consistency and creativity across the entire menu, not just a few scattered hits.

Premium venues come with a simple pact: exceptional quality in return for exceptional pricing. That pact was not honored here. The discrepancy between cost and quality wasn’t just noticeable—it was glaring.

If you're seeking a memorable culinary experience, this isn't the...

The setting of Eden Plage is undeniably beautiful – the beachfront location is serene and has all the makings of a perfect day. Unfortunately, my experience with the on-site masseuse, Malissa, was anything but relaxing. When I requested a massage, Malissa assured me that she had one person ahead of me and that I would be next. I reached out at noon, immediately after she walked around soliciting interest. Instead of honoring her word, I was left to watch her ignore me entirely, taking other bookings ahead of mine, and eventually being offered a 5:00 p.m. slot – hours later and completely at odds with what she had promised. This is unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly disrespectful. A service that is marketed as part of the Eden Plage experience should reflect the same level of care and hospitality as the setting itself. Sadly, Malissa’s approach to scheduling and communication fell far short. For such a stunning venue, it is unacceptable to have the guest experience undermined by staff who treat clients dismissively. Eden Plage deserves better representation, and guests deserve far more professionalism than what...
