Forno Gusto - Gusto Slice Nice — Restaurant in Nice

If you saw what I saw, I doubt you would even qualify with one star this restaurant. I saw it first person because I arrived exactly at opening time (19:00) Starting with the reception, a total mess. Everyone was busy with their work except welcoming the guests. There were two young people (a girl and a guy) in their own world except attending the coming guests. I was there trying to order a pizza to go, so I was standing in the middle of the mess. The young guy was very busy assembling the pizza boxes (lots of them) and the two pizza chefs were very busy making lots of pizza already. There were lots of delivery guys coming in and out making the place very crowded. (And the two young boys were inside the bar doing everything except welcoming the customers) But the worst of the night was seeing the total loss of hygiene in the kitchen. The main chef putting the spatula for taking in and out of the oven the pizzas IN THE FLOOR where everyone walks and touching his cellphone and a radio where he speaks with someone all the time. I cannot speak regarding the taste of the food, because after seeing this, I thrown the pizza to the garbage. (I already paid) So for me it was my fist and last time in...

Après avoir entendu des éloges de la part des influences sur Instagram, je me fesais une joie d'aller enfin goûter à leur pizza " la meilleure de Nice" mais dès l'arrivée ça aurait du me mettre la puce à l'oreille! Déjà la plus part des serveurs ne savent pas parler français donc du mal à se faire comprendre! A l'entrée on nous demande si on a une réservation ce qui n'était pas le cas, en attendant d'avoir une table je vois une fille enlever du jambon d'une pizza qui a été servie par la suite à la table à côté et j'ai vue que la cliente n'était pas satisfaite! La super trufe me fesait de l'œil j'ai demandé au serveur si c'était possible de remplacer le jambon par du saumon il me confirme que oui sans problème! On passe un long moment à attendre notre commande et des personnes arrivant après nous se font servir mais pas nous! Il nous ramène la commande en plusieurs étapes et pas en meme temps et je suis la dernière à me faire servir et a ma grande surprise il y a du jambon!je fais la réflexion le serveur repart avec la pizza et revient après un court instant sans le jambon je précise que j'avais demandé du saumon il repart encore et il me met du saumon et revient, je ne voulais même pas toucher à ma pizza car j'étais sûre qu'ils ne l'ont pas refait et tout simplement enlever le jambon et mis du saumon! Pour me rassurer je pose la question au serveur et m'assure que ça était refait ce qui est impossible en meme pas 5 minutes et il manquait aussi la buratta... bref c'était juste catastrophique et vraiment pas très bon, leur pizza n'ont rien de luxueux ni d'exceptionnel à part leur prix! Passez votre chemin et allez manger ailleurs. Car résultat du dîner d'hier "une diarrhée" toute...

It's super hard to talk to the staff. They only know Italian and they like it that way. We ordered pizza and wine - delicious, but after the second piece I saw 2 small cockroaches crawling on the mirror next to me. When we called a waiter, he moved us to another place where there were several de@d cockroaches on the couch. He asked to move us again (as that would make things right), but we asked for the bill and left. The entire staff laughed and in no way showed that they were surprised by what had happened.
