extremely disappointing, 1.5/5, not good enough to round up. we had the tuna tartare, the octopus, the lobster pasta, and a tiramisu. the tartare was very confusing and not good, maybe a 1/5 or 1.5/5. the octopus was nice 4/5. pasta was 2.5/5, the pasta was definitely not fresh, and almost half of the pasta on my plate was broken. did they snap it before they put it in the pot? the world will never know. that being said, the lobster was very fresh and the tomatoes in the dish were nice. tragic plating. good flavor on tiramisu but it had been made 3 days ago, 3/5.

this could have been redeemed by the amazing view - the reason we went to the restaurant. however, we were deliberately seated in front of a pole and the edge of two windows, totally obscuring our view and breaking the atmosphere. we asked multiple times if we could be seated at the ocean view table and were told the other table directly on the waterfront was reserved. we then had this very very average meal and watched as nobody ever sat down at the other table. i’ve never had this type of experience. maybe im just not the target audience, lol. would not return or recommend, too many amazing restaurants in this...

It's very popular but I prefer the previous version that was more rustic. Prices seem high for what it offers but nothing is cheap in the area.

I appreciate that the owner responded and wish Google had a method to respond to their response, but they don't.

Yes the previous version was nothing special but I saw nothing that looked very inspiring with the new menu either, but higher prices. I get it, it's a short season and there are no other options so the place remains popular. I heard diners grumbling about the quality as well but it's the only option down on the beach.

The bruschetta bread looked like the bread from a plastic bag and the tomatoes were ordinary despite so many great tomatoes around. The tourte aux courgettes and pichade were perhaps the worst versions of those I've ever seen in the area.

Glad that they can make it a success in a very tough business and the team is very friendly, but I did not see anything that would make me go back but understand many...

Le 2 stelle sono per la birra alla spina (per un amante della birra, averla in spiaggia è una figata) e per i gelati di Pepino (una soluzione di alta qualità sia per i grandi che per i bambini)

Le 3 stelle che mancano sono per l'antipatia e la maleducazione dello staff (davvero terribile!), per i prezzi alti rispetto all'offerta e perché non esiste al mare in piena stagione chiudere la cucina alle 13,40 e non avere niente da offrire.

Forse neanche in Liguria ai trovano più situazioni così. Si vede che vivere di rendita grazie a chi viene in spiaggia e non ha alternative ha fatto abbassare la voglia e l'attenzione.

Aggiornamento recensione: nonostante ci abbiano cacciati in malo modo, con minacce e bestemmie (incredibile!) da parte dello Chef Silvio, abbiamo deciso di tornare lo stesso il giorno dopo, in un orario migliore, intorno alle 13.00/13.20, per provare a mangiare. Il servizio è andato molto bene, il giovane cameriere è stato davvero gentile e disponibile e i piatti erano buoni. Quindi pranzo tutto OK. Peccato però che dopo il pranzo, al nostro ritorno in spiaggia, siamo stati raggiunti dallo Chef Silvio (evidentemente alterato, e con un suo collaboratore di scorta) che è venuto ad urlarmi letteralmente addosso, minacciandomi faccia a faccia ad un centimetro, insultandomi ("infme", "bstardo", "pezzo di m*a", ecc...) ed intimandomi di non tornare mai più perché mi ero permesso di fare la recensione non del tutto positiva il giorno prima. Questo davanti a 3 donne (di cui una incinta e una di 70 anni) e 3 bambini di 2-3 anni, oltre alle decine di persone presenti in spiaggia. Il tutto per ringraziare che gli avevo appena lasciato 140€ per un pranzetto leggero in spiaggia... Non commento altro, è giusto per...
