As Americans searching for a third-wave coffee shop, we were absolutely delighted to get the cup of cappuccino we’ve been searching for across the south of France. Can’t complain about the madeleines, either! The philosophy here seems to be: Do one thing and do it with excellence. We stumbled upon this cute specialty coffee place in nice by chance, after enduring the terrible coffee in our hotel. This place sells real speciality coffee, roasted by the owner herself. I can say I’ve tried almost every coffee shop in Nice but nothing comes close to the coffees here. I absolutely love the capuchino with oat milk. The foam is perfect. I also buy here the coffee grains for my coffee machine at home which is also very very nice. And today I’ve tried the madeleine for the first time after going many times… just go and get one and you’ll understand why I had to sit down to write a review about it. Love it, merci...
