McDonald’s — Restaurant in Nice

I had a meal with my wife, food was great only the lack of respect from the customers is a disgrace. They vape inside and leave theyre tables looking discusting. Even tho we did not know where to throw our trays away a young employee politely asked us to take our trays even tho he had customers mess to clean up, a respectful young man unlike the the customers. It is sad to see such young people having to clean up after others, back in Poland people respect employees and take out theyre rubish tho i was impressed by one employe who not only took his time with us but gave us the bathroom code without us even asking, offered more sauces and most chokingly spoke perfectly English and even Polish he really made us feel at home. I hope atleast next time people learn respect before comming into a restaurant and i wish all the employees the best of luck they...

i got delivery. the restaurant only gave the driver the drinks, no food whatsoever. when i called to ask about the mistake, the lady was very mean, very unprofessional. she didn’t handle the situation well at all. then, the delivery guy said that i had to pay for the trip, and asked for 6€. when i called the restaurant to see what this was about, the restaurant refused to pay for the delivery even though the mistake was theirs. i proceeded to pay for the delivery. the fries and the burger were extremely cold, the potato wedges were soggy, and the croque mcdo was chewy and hard on the outside. let’s not forget, the toy for the happy meal was missing (not the first time). honestly super disappointed about the last few experiences with mcdonalds delivery service. wouldn’t...

40 minute wait, ended up cancelling order and getting money back.

I understand y’all are short staffed but 40 minutes is unacceptable. At the 20 minute mark I showed an employee my receipt with the order number to ask if everything was ok. He said yes. Another 20 minutes pass I ask for my money and same employee said order wasn’t in his system and he could compete the order in 2 minutes. Would you pay a fast food restaurant to take 40 minutes to do an order than can be done in 2? He gave me back a refund after having to ask 3 times. Each time the time to complete the order went from 2 to 1 to magically ready. Truly awful way to begin a visit to Nice. Send some employees from the Champs...
