What is wonderful about Miam is that it does not close after lunch. I arrived at 4pm and could have a fresh, healthy bowl of noodles with beef and egg. Normally I worry about the beef in restaurants if it is a nice and tender piece with no fat and this definitely was. Great quality with a ‘heart’ shaped fired egg and super fresh Bol Choi. This is the most GOATED Asian restaurant in Nice. Service was top notch. The lady working at the store is hardworking—we’ve dined here twice and she never fails to impress us with her service. Super attentive and really fast. Not only does she take our orders, but she also serves and makes the boba drinks! I got the big bowl of duck noodle soup and it was delicious! The soup had a strong flavor of leek and garlic, and I absolutely loved it. We also got stir fried bok choy with garlic and cold noodle with oil and those were also very good. The only thing we didn't like so much was the home-style tofu, mostly because we didn't realize it would be a sweet and sour sauce and neither of us like that flavor very much.
