It's hard to describe just how good this place is. We've done the highest rated Russian restaurants all over the world, some of which were phenomenal and this edged out any of them. I enjoyed how tasty and yet creative and sometimes cerebral each course was. There is always a play on color, texture and sometimes temperature executed with perfect accuracy. When the owners invest in beautiful chairs, it is likely that they will also cook with high quality ingredients. My theory was proved right again at Chez Mademoiselle, a small restaurant serving Russian, Ukraine and Kazakhstan cuisine. Very refined and tasty, and great service by friendly owner Mr Laurent. We were greeted warmly by server, owner, chef, and hostess extraordinaire Jo who was absolutely delightful the entire evening.
