Pour une première visite, quelle réussite! Côté cuisine, c’était succulent et généreux du début à la fin. Mention spéciale à la tagine de kefta: viande parfaitement marinée, œufs cuits juste comme il faut (blanc pris, jaune coulant), sauce tomate savoureuse. Le couscous a été irréprochable: semoule fine, légumes fondants (carotte, courgette, navet), pois chiches et raisins secs qui apportaient une belle douceur. Le Briwat façon marocaine (pomme de terre et “vache qui rit”) a crousti-fondu sous la dent, un vrai régal pour les grands comme pour les petits. Côté service, c’était à la hauteur: sympathique, attentionné, précis, rigoureux. Le serveur a su présenter chaque plat avec clarté et prévenir des températures “très chaudes” à la sortie du four. Un sens du détail et une bienveillance qui font la différence. Ambiance chaleureuse et familiale, sans chichi, avec une équipe attentive même quand la salle se remplit. Une très belle trouvaille dans le quartier du Marché d’Aligre. Cerise sur le gâteau: le serveur, d’une délicatesse rare, nous a aidés à immortaliser un moment improbable avec un illustre voisin de table… Un déjeuner qui s’est transformé en souvenir inoubliable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et le recommande déjà l’établissement autour de moi. Bravo et merci à toute l’équipe !

Located close the fantastic market in an area in the center of the city, close to the Bastille. It is a Moroccan/ Tunisian restaurant with two vegetarian dish- see the photos. No alcohol free beer available. It is a bistro with limited food choices. There is outside seating available. The waiters are kind and helpful.

This place is a food lover's paradise, offering an abundance of delicious dishes, including couscous, tajine, and a variety of fresh salads. You won't leave hungry, that's for sure! The extensive menu has something for everyone, and the portions are generous. A must-visit for those who appreciate hearty meals!

It was a lovely warm evening and we dined on their tables that were set up on the square opposite. A very peaceful and pleasant location in a quieter, more residential area of the city.

I just want to say that I travelled to France on a school trip when me and a few of my friends stumbled across this absolute gem. We all ordered the same burger since we weren’t yet familiar with the french dishes but it was magnificent.

The ambience felt rustic and welcoming, even the server was very nice to us and gave us a great experience. I know this may seem like overkill but truly not a day goes by where we don’t talk about how good it was.

Our family of four stopped in for a mid-afternoon “mini-répas” while waiting for access to our rental flat. We had such a lovely time! The food was delicious — Camembert, burrata + tomatoes, and crusty baguette. Our server Lena was so attentive and gracious, encouraging us in our fumbling attempts to speak French and speaking English when it was clear that we were lost.
