Thai green curry. Amazing...
However, you have to know that I'm a regular customer there. Plus what I order really isn't on the menu.
I mean, it is... but not a veggie version. On the menu, it's made with shrimp.
I ask for a tofu version, and am ALWAYS happy. It's slightly different every time I get it, which I suppose means they aren't opening "jar o' curry" and dumping it into a bowl.
The recipe calls for those mini round eggplants, as well as the tiny pea sized eggplants that are bitter.
The whole dish is spicy and sweet with little bitter bombs.
Other veggies include broccoli, zucchini, miniature corn, and cabbage.
Man, I could go on and on about how much I dig this dish...
It's around 15 euro or so, but I still have it every two or three weeks.
