PNY — Restaurant in Paris

PNY is a nice burger place to go to if your craving a burger. I had the opportunity to try various items on the menu. They did not disappoint with the Jalapeño poppers!! They were soo good!! The fried chicken was really really good, but I don’t recommend having it with the peanut sauce it comes with. It overpowers the taste of the chicken with an acidic taste that is not pleasant. The burger was a decent size with generous toppings—fulfilling. The flavor was good and cooked well like we ordered. I also ordered the chips and guacamole. The guacamole was average and the chips were not the best in freshness. The inside of the restaurant is relaxing and the colors are calming. The staff is friendly and attentive. It’s definitely a place to come with friends! Make sure you check open hours, because if you just show up, they may be closed!!! They do have many locations, so check them out as well...every place is unique! That’s what’s great about this restaurant chain. Hope you enjoy it!...

Reconfirmed today BEST burger in Paris (especially the « Return of the Cowboy ».

I wrote a review when this branch first opened. I was very HARSH not for the food but for the incredibly slow service. This was NOT the fault of the staff but the fault of a very tiny kitchen for the amount of customers they have.

Since the confinement period we have ordered twice. I'm American and MUST have my burger weekly!

Well this burger really, in the end is the BEST EVER. Each time incredible taste, cooked perfectly. American add ons like Jalapeños make the experience even greater.

Next time as they say here in Paris I will "twirl my tongue three times before speaking".

I should have given them time to get the gears greased and rolling.

I clearly do not understand the current average rating. I've moved in about 200m away from this restaurant and have been there a few times already. The food's quality, IMHO, is great.

As for serving time, quality brings quantity: good food induces a flow of orders that may or may not be too great for this kitchen. There is a constant flow of Deliveroo bicycles in front of the restaurant, which might explain why some people complain for slow service.

Sometimes, you gotta be patient to get the best.
