I recently had the pleasure of dining at VTS BEST Indian, and I can confidently say it was the best biriyani experience in France. The rice was perfectly fluffy, the meat was tender and flavorful, and the aroma was irresistible. Every bite was rich with authentic Indian spices and cooked to perfection. What made the experience even better was the warm hospitality and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff were attentive and eager to ensure a great dining experience. If you’re a biriyani lover, VTS is a must-visit. I’m already planning my next trip back!

D'accord. Je ne suis pas une personne critique et normalement je n'écris pas de critiques, mais la femme au comptoir nous a forcés à rédiger une critique. Alors le voici : "The best indian"? Honnêtement, c'était le pire restaurant indien que je connaisse. Le samosa n'était pas un vrai samosa et super gras, le mélange bhaji était super sec et sans goût. Le naan était super épais. J'avais du korma végétarien (légume), ce n'était pas du korma. Le goût n'avait rien à voir avec cela, et les légumes étaient des pommes de terre et du chou. Le riz est fade. La femme qui nous a servi n'était pas sensible et très intrusive. Les gens doivent savoir que ces 5 étoiles n’en valent pas la peine. Nous sommes venus ici a cause des notes elevees mais la cuisine nest pas a la hauteur de la note. Donc nous voulons donne un avis representif pour que les gens ne se fassent pas avoir. Ah oui, et je ne suis pas un compétiteur qui veut tout saboter et nous avons certainement mangé ici. voici la preuve. Le fait que le responsable ait répondu aux mauvaises critiques en disant qu'il était un "client hypocrite" montre peu d'empathie, de d'orientation client, de respect et de service. Alors ne répondez pas à cet avis, mais acceptez-le et améliorez-vous. réponse: Nous n'avons pas répondu lorsque votre collègue vous a demandé si tout allait bien ou si cela vous avait plu. Je n'ai certainement pas fini mon assiette et nous n'avons certainement pas donné de pourboire non plus ! Cela montre encore une fois à quel point vous êtes doué pour mentir. S'il vous plaît, continuez ainsi !

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été immédiatement conquis par l’accueil exceptionnel de ce restaurant indien. Le personnel, d’une rare bienveillance, m’a mis à l’aise d’emblée. Un grand sourire chaleureux m’a été offert dès que j’ai franchi la porte, et la gentillesse de la serveuse, une femme rayonnante, a ajouté une touche personnelle qui a fait toute la différence. Elle a pris le temps de m’expliquer les spécialités du menu avec une grande patience, me conseillant avec soin pour choisir le plat qui correspondait le mieux à mes envies. Mais ce n’est pas seulement l’accueil qui m’a marqué : la cuisine est tout aussi remarquable. Les plats sont d’une authenticité rare, avec des saveurs exquises et des épices parfaitement dosées. Le poulet tikka masala était délicieux, riche en saveurs, tandis que les naans tout juste sortis du tandoor étaient incroyablement moelleux. Le tout accompagné de sauces maison onctueuses et parfumées qui viennent sublimer chaque bouchée. En résumé, ce restaurant offre bien plus qu’un simple repas : c’est une expérience chaleureuse et pleine de bienveillance, où l’authenticité de la cuisine indienne se mêle à un service attentionné et humain. As a family of seven originally from Sri Lanka but residing in Denmark, we recently went on a short trip to Lourdes. Craving authentic Indian food, we explored various Indian/Sri Lankan restaurants in Lourdes, but the reviews were mixed. Fortunately, we discovered VTS Indian/Sri Lankan Restaurant in Pau, which had excellent reviews on both Google and TripAdvisor.

The 30-35 minute drive to Pau was well worth it. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and served by the sweetest and most attentive staff member, Sayinthi. The food and ambiance were extraordinarily good. The dishes were authentically prepared and perfectly tailored to our individual preferences. The quality of the food and service was so impressive that we decided to make the drive again the following day.

Having traveled extensively and dined on Indian/Sri Lankan cuisine in many places, I can confidently say that VTS Restaurant is one of the best. It is a true gem, offering an opportunity to enjoy genuine Indian/Sri Lankan food in a cozy setting with outstanding service. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to experience authentic cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.

Stumbled upon this place by accident, but what a delight it turned out to be. The restaurant was locked but the kind lady, Mrs. Sayanthi opened the door as soon as she heard that I'm from Chennai, Tamilnadu (India). And soon we started conversing in Tamil. Then came the most delicious biriyani I've had in a very long time. Absolutely lipsmacking food served with love. It felt like eating at home, so much so I had a few tears of joy. VTS Best Indian is a no frills curry house that serves (in my opinion) the most authentic Indian food in Pau. There's a wide range of dishes, to suit all palettes from the most delicate to the most robust. As a Brit, born and raised in Birmingham, the challenge in France is always to find a place that serves a true Vindaloo.
