Buffalo Grill Rivesaltes — Restaurant in Perpignan

The food is good, the service is bad.

20.00 hrs we came in, and very rapidly brought to a table for 4. (2 adults, 2 kids). We got the menu but the waitress didn't ask if we wanted something to drink. That's no good for your profit if this is your business.

20.30 hrs the waitress finally got back to take our order. We ordered a starter for 2 persons, 3 steaks and 1 spare ribs and 2 cokes and 2 water without gas. We're from the netherlands so originally we speak Dutch, but I also speak a little french (but good enough to order a meal) and besides that I speak English, German and a little Italian. The waitress only speaks French, doesn't speak English. One should expect in an aria with a lot of campings and an American formula buffalo grill that at least English is the second language an employee should be able to speak.

20.40 hrs. the waitress brings a small salad a person. (that's from the house) and 2 cokes with just one glass and the 2 waters we ordered were forgotten. We never got them anyway ;(

21.00 hrs I went to the waitres to ask how long it's going to take before the starters is being served and when we can expect the steaks and the 2 water.

21.10 hrs, so we're about 70 minutes in the restaurant, the waitress brings our steaks and spare ribs.

21.20 hrs and yes we forgot something. The starters for 2 person came in. sorry but we already have our maindish, the starters are too late. We don't need them anymore.

At the moment I'm paying the bill, we only had to pay what we got. The cashier, a very friendly man, spoke as good as he could a little engish, while I was trying to explain in my best french what we didn't get and how long is took.

Bonjour, Je suis vraiment déçu de ce restaurant , pourtant j'aime bien mangé dans le réseau BUFALLO GRILL, mais aujourd'hui c'était vraiment le pompon. Explication: Lors de notre arrivée , il y avait une queue pour l'attente, très bien pour le restaurant. Déjà j'ai pu constater que le serveur ce prenait la tête mais son manager essayait de le remobiliser pour la suite du service, très bonne attitude du manager mais image négative pour le resto. Le responsable de salle nous signale 5 petite minute d'attente pour nous installer , jusque là normal, mais après 20min d'attente on nous installe en salle, stupeur en la voyant celle-ci était à moitié remplie et à coté c'était la même . Le serveur vient nous prendre la commande dans un délais de 15min après notre arrivée, un peut long mais normal en plein service. Lors de l'arrivé des plats , j'ai pu conster que la cuisson de ma viande n'était pas à la bonne cuisson, j'ai demandé bleu et ma viande est arrivée saignant voir à point donc trop cuit, pas à mon goût .Du coup je l'ai renvoyé . Après 15/20 min d'attente, ma femme et mon fils avaient fini de manger , ma femme se lève pour demander ou en est ma viande car elle me voit bouillir. du coup 3/4 min d'attente et ma viande arrive mais je n'avait plus envie de manger, ce n'était plu le moment de partage que l'on était venu chercher ! Vient le passage en caisse et la on nous offre juste la boisson et même pas des excuses. Après ce restaurant en particulier , il y a toujours des gens différent (midi, soir, semaine, week-end) mais jamais un service correct, nous avons l'habitude d'y aller 2 à 4 fois par an dans ce restaurant car nous habitons à 5min de celui-ci. J'espère qu'un jour l'enseigne BUFFALO fera quelque chose là bas. Franchement je suis vraiment déçu de ce restaurant mais de l'enseigne!!!! J'ai du finir à la boulangerie à coté pour manger, et ma femme prendre son dessert du coup!!!!! Merci vraiment de ce moment mémorable!!! Je retiendrais jusque que je ne viendrai plus ou du moins pour un moment dans votre restaurant ...

Really bad service, wrote everything down then can back with wrong things, when we asked for more bread it arrived after we had finished 3 drinks didn't turn up with the rest of the table and we had to ask twice for them and they turn up after main course!!! Food was nice when it arrived. We arrived when it opened about 6:15, second table served didn't leave until 9:30 because the service was so slow and we had to keep reminding them that they hadn't bought everything. Very disappointing, shame it didn't make a nice...
