McDonald's — Restaurant in Perpignan

Don’t eat here! If possible, I would rate this McDonalds with 0 Stars. And of course, I was not expecting a Michelin Restaurant - but this McDonalds was by far the worst experience I’ve had Worldwide in a McDonalds! Staff can’t speak english, is super unfriendly, even we where trying to show the Burgers on the mobile- I’mean, comon, they are named english???. We’ve waited over 10 Minutes for regular Burgers in the Drive-In, no special Order. No sorry, nothing for the wait.

The food was completely cold, and disgusting in taste- we’ve trown away the burger after a few bites. We ordered French Fries, we got something wrong instad- nobody was asking for a sauce or something.

Again: Don’t eat here! There is nearby a carrefour and here you also get also food, probably...

Some might say a Macdonald's is a MacDonald's is a MacDonald's. I think the owner and its involvement in every day's business can make a difference and bring a plus. I have gone there regularly for multiple years, and i saw them reinventing themselves re-arranging the interior to provide a better and more fluid service. Avis de mi decembre, Toujours aussi sale le dimanche après midi. Rien ne change 20min pour un café et un eggmuffin vers 16h. J ai voulu ramener à manger le soir chez moi. Commande passée à 17h40 à la borne.J ai attendu 5 min entre la borne et le comptoir pour payer en espèce. Les employés réapprovisionnement les stocks. Et il y avait personne au drive. À 18h les renforts sont arrivés. 10 min après on me demande si on s occupe de moi. J ai commencé à m énerver. Enfin ma commande arrivé à 18h15. Je demande comment on reconnaît le coca zéro et le normal car il n utilise plus le couvercle. Et attendre 5 min de plus pour refaire les coca et avoir une étiquette sur le zéro. On le propose des glaces. Hors j habite à 20 minutes....elles seraient fondues. Et bien sûr j arrive chez moi et tout est froid. C est finit je n' irai plus ici. J irai essayer celui de polygone. Avis de mi octobre, Attendre 15 min pour une commande à emporter, priorité aux commandes internet et au drive. Une fois arrivé chez moi à 20min de trajet, s appercevoir qu il manque les carottes dans un happy meal et le dessert dans un autre 😖. Décidément de pire en pire. Avis de mi septembre 15 min pour un happy meal et un café....c est trop long....surtout quand il y a pas de monde à l intérieur ni au drive. Très déçu, de pire en...
