This was my favorite restaurant while spending a week in Perpignan for a photo festival and I ended up dining here for 3 of the 7 nights I was in town. The restaurant is located on the edge of a quiet plaza, which makes for an enjoyable outdoor dining experience without the bustle and noise of the outdoor seating in many city center restaurants. The quality of the food was outstanding for the price, the cocktails are works of art, but the real highlight was the incredible hospitality and warmth of the owners and staff, many of whom speak English.
