Le Bahôli — Restaurant in Pointe-à-Pitre

The restaurant has a nice setting with a pleasant atmosphere, screens and comfortable seating. The service was friendly – our waiter even spoke English, which was a pleasant surprise!

Unfortunately, quite a few dishes from the menu were not available. What really disappointed us was that we ordered a Caesar salad, but the waiter informed us they had no chicken. We agreed to take it without, but expected the price to reflect that. Nope – even after asking the manager, we still had to pay the full price for a salad without its main ingredient.

Too bad – the food itself wasn’t bad, but this kind of business attitude really ruins the experience. We won’t be...

We tried Le Bahöli last night and I was a bit apprehensive considering some of the reviews. Whilst a little more expensive than other places on the strip, the ambiance, friendly staff and delicious tapas compensate for the price difference. Super cosy and perfect for an evening for a couple or with friends. Will be going back before the end of the holiday. Je suis extrêmement déçu et mécontent du service restauration « je précise »

de 45 minutes d’attentes pour deux pokes bowls et un sandwich au poulet.. alors que l’établissement été vide à 19h il n’y avait aucun rush à ce moment là, pas d’explication ni d’excuse pour le temps d’attente !

La serveuse na aucune connaissance de sa carte restauration ! Les plats sont arrive chaud « le riz en particulier » alors qu’une poke et censé être froid.. je comprend mieux les 45 minutes de temps d’attente.. le riz n’étais pas fait !

Ce n’étais pas un saumons frais mais un saumon en tranche acheté en magasin.. alors que la serveuse avait confirmé un saumon frais… !! De meme pour le poulet pas de goût et sec.

La sauce soja salé et écœurante elle a gâché tout le plat résultat les plats n’ont pas était terminé.

Aucun geste commerciale n’a était fait a part « un sourire et nous sommes désolé » et une fois de plus toujours pas d’excuse.

Si l’établissement ne maîtrise pas sa parti restauration il faut soit la supprimer soit...
