DOLCE ITALIA — Restaurant in Pontivy

Please take the pasta of the menu. We had 2 of the 3 that you offer and both were the worst we have ever had. You did not even try to ‘alla’ the carbonara. No pancetta, sourcream instead of egg or a heavy cream (to fulfil the ‘alla’ in order to make cooling easier) and last but not least; not a single crumb of parmesan.

There was very little choice in Pontivy on a Sunday evening but this small restaurant came up Trumps 😀. All the meals coming out of the kitchen looked well presented, although we didn't have the burger they really looked delicious and there was nothing left on the plates of the diners around us. We opted for a Pizza Royale and the Penne Bolognese pasta and neither disappointed. The service was good, and all the staff very friendly. Definitely recommend...

Travaillant moi même en restauration, j'ai été mais alors très déçu !

La serveuse est aimable comme une porte de prison, pose les trucs sur la table en nous disant ce que c'est puis démerdez vous avec ! Petit plus, un kir breton "nature" n'existe pas, à la limite une flûte de cidre oui mais sinon non. On a même eu à demandé les cuillères à glace pour pouvoir manger qui nous a limité été balancé sur la table sans même un "excusez moi"...

Ensuite viens la cuisine, pas mauvais mais bon, j'avais l'impression d'avoir un pauvre cordon bleu accompagné d'une pauvre portion de frites sans même une sauce pour accompagné et une feuille de salade. De plus j'ai même une des moustique dans mon Irish Cofee (pas vraiment apprécié).

Enfin pour terminé, les tables archi serré, on ne s'entend même pas parler tellement on a l'impression de mangé avec tout le restaurant !
