I don't think you would call this classic French cordon bleu, but you get an awfully good tastey plate of food.
I started with a plate of Serrano ham with green leaves. It was lovely quality, slightly salty ham, and was really good.
I then went for the warm goat cheese salad. I'm not the biggest fan of goats cheese but this was young and mild and nicely warmed. Gosh it was good.
My wife went for camembert and ham creation which was a camembert fondue in all but name. Cheese and Ham are a match made in heaven and so it was here. She enjoyed it, and the taste I had was just fantastic.
My darl went for the Tarte aux pomme and I tried the crème brulee. Both were excellent finishes to a really well enjoyed meal.
All was washed down with a local Normandy Cider. It was just a tad on the sweet side for me, but I'd still give it another go
