Not quite what Brits would expect from an Indian restaurant. No poppadoms on offer and food came ready plated with rice. Not particularly spicy (although we expected that) but flavoursome all the same. Read moreUpdate on our most recent visit. It's basically the same and still good. The spice level is not as hot as you'd get in the UK but possibly too hot for the French palette.
The menu is a weird mix of Anglo-Indian and French, but put that aside because the food is very good and the best Indian I've had for a long while.
Main course was good and a generous serving. The desserts were excellent too.
Will go again, even if for a takeaway.
