Worst customer service ever in my life. Waitress is not humble. Ineffective, no humanity.

*I you are not confident about yourself don’t go there. *If you’re stress out don’t go there. *If you need to eat a good food, to feel good, don't go there. If you want to sleep well after dinner please don't go. The food was excellent, but customer attendance was one of the worst I've experienced. The waitresses were very ineffective; poor service planning, walking up and down forever all over the place. Two waitresses are serving all the tables at once without proper allocations to save time and avoid stress upon customers. They could have worked brilliantly if they stopped one moment to think. One of the waitresses was very rude. I asked her, please, can I have the wifi password? Her response was, “ I don't have time for that”, with a nasty attitude. My wife was afraid to ask for anything because of their attitude. It was hot, and I wanted a bottle of sparkling water for my son. I raised my hand for more than 3 minutes while the waitress was in front of the food stand waiting for some dishes to deliver to another customer. When she finally noticed me. She didn't even bother to come to ask what I wanted. From 3 meters away, she screams: “ I don't have time, sir. I will coming” the customer's faces next to her was so 😲. It was an awful moment. The frustrating part is that she waited there for another 2 minutes before getting the dishes to bring to the other customer. She could have grabbed a water bottle next to her and bring it to me. When she finally came to me precisely after 13 minutes, I was so mad I told her to forget about it. I went to this place because I wanted a pleasant dinner experience before leaving Saint-Martin; it was the worst restaurant service in my life. Pure amateurism. However, the chef is highly professional, but the attitude of the waitresses killed the food experience. Sint Maarten is a lovely island's I pray to God never to have any desire to eat at this restaurant ever again in my life. I'm traumatised. I even thought of racism, but I observed they treat everyone almost like trash: no greeting when you're leaving, no smile, no welcome words. They say nothing when you make a compliment about the food, or the restaurant. I could feel this unpleasant sensation in most of the customer's faces. I hope they apply a couple of existing techniques and intelligent technology to work efficiently, with humility and a smiling attitude. They managed to provide me with my worst night...

We visited this great little restaurant in July. The area has experienced so much, so it was great to see BZH open for business.

We've been a lot of places for pizza, and BZH has the best. The number of options is amazing, and I decided on the chicken with white sauce base and some toppings. It was done perfectly, and the ingredients are fresh. They put a lot on, which makes for a taste of everything in every bite.

The river shrimp special was fantastic, with a nice choice of accompaniments. The rice was done well, and the sweet potato mashed potatoes were very good. There is a variety of specials on the board, each of which has a twist worth exploring.

At BZH, you will get the service you want to see. Very attentive and complete without getting to be too much. Among the best on the island.

The dining is outdoors, so in the evening it is especially refreshing.

The restaurant only accepts cash, so be prepared for that, but US currency is accepted.

I would recommend this as a must-try on the island.

I know many places have struggled in coming back after the hurricane 2 years ago, hats off to BZH for being one of the leaders in the recovery. This place is wonderful and you would never know the trials they must have been through. Such a hard working and considerate team providing exceptional service. They clearly are taking a lot of pride in what they do.

On the food. Great dinner this evening. I have really come to appreciate the quality and artistry of french dining. BZH is a classic example of how to do things right. The flavors are amazing and the food is cooked to perfection. As an added benefit, the dining is on a terraced patio with great plantings and lighting, the ambiance is very nice and augments the food nicely.

It was hard to pick what to eat with all of the great things on the menu. They have main courses, pizza, crepes and more. I ended up selecting the seabass which was so good I can only describe it as world class.
