The food at Oasis is of very high quality and the price point is good. We ordered the boeuf bourguignon, which was super tender and delicious. The linguini side looked much better than the steamed potato. The fried scallops were also very tasty, but not super filling, so don't get this if you're very hungry (unless you get a few appetizers and desert). We got the charcuterie platter, which was okay, but not impressive. I would probably skip this in retrospect. The deserts, however, are absolutely decadent and delicious and you can't go wrong no matter what you choose. We paid $200 USD for 3 meals with appetizer, deserts and a bottle of nice wine.

The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to ambiance. They generally did a good job, but the main dining area had bright white lights, which kills the mood. When you reserve, ask to get a table on the perimeter with ambient lighting. Also, there was a musician playing a solo gig for tips on an electric guitar. He was very talented, but was playing up-beat funk, indie, pop and rock songs. I would have preferred more mellow songs on an acoustic for a romantic atmosphere. I didn't come to Oasis to party, but that's just me. Some patrons seemed to enjoy the music.

Overall I highly recommend this restaurant, the...

You could say it was fate, but by chance we decided to drive here from our place in Grand Case with the urge for pizza. The drive was pretty, yet anticipation was building. We had concerns over the smell of sargassum that was heavy on the shore. And then we arrived at Oasis. All you could smell was the wonderful food in the air, and the chic open air atmosphere was very appealing and with a very upbeat playlist of music playing in the background. The owner greeted us, thanked us for coming in, and the woman who served us was very knowledgeable of the ingredients in all of the specials.

We could not pass the night without trying the foie gras, and it was the best we had on this trip, creamy, buttery with a hint of vanilla and fresh mango to complement.

While we started the evening with some wine and foie gras, the real star was the pizza! Light and crispy, with fresh and flavorful ingredients. I had the ham and cheese, and you could taste the love. Dessert did not disappoint either, the cookie was enormous and the creme brulee was delicious.

This place will be forever in the memories of this trip to St Martin and a definite place we'll look forward to returning to one day... Until then Oasis, keep...

I have nothing but good words about oasis! The staff was friendly from start to finish, our waitress went over the specials (which were all written in french) and explained how each dish was made. My wife wanted a sweet wine by the glass which wasn't available, however they offered her a wine with black currant juice which she loved! Our waitress recommended the frog legs for an appetizer, the wife and I were hesitant but pleasantly surprised with how good they were... side note they look like frog legs on the plate which was unsettling but still tasty. I was able to order a plate with 4 types of tuna I wanted to try and was very impressed they were all good. My wife got the beef over pasta which just melted in your mouth. For dessert, honestly not sure what it was called but it was amazing... it was a cookie topped with lemon and raspberry sorbet covered with a meringue...flambeed with raspberry vodka. They also added a digestive shot that had pineapple for post meal. Overall 10/10 will be a part of our must visits when...
