McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint-Omer

Took 23 minutes to sort 4 McMuffins from our digital order, we were the only customers in the place for 15 minutes, just seems staff can't really be that bothered?

When I went to the counter and asked where our food was they hurried up but hardly with a friendly attitude, I got a contemptuous look from the male member of staff.. My wife commented the reaction I got might lead to them spiting in our food in response to asking where our food was.

I appreciate the French take their time over meals but McDonald's fast food should exactly be that anywhere in the world......

Terrible experience, with them getting the order wrong after waiting 20 minutes for the food to initially show up even though there was only one other family in the whole building. The drinks ended up being horrible to even try to drink. Finally, the toilets were awful, considering the cleaner had literally just finished cleaning them. You don't expect to pull down the baby changing, and it look like someone had used it to roll...

Très déçue par la qualité du service ! Mercredi 16/02/2022 vers 20H accueil par un jeune homme avec sa tablette pour le contrôle sanitaire . Visiblement après plusieurs tentatives , sa tablette ne fonctionnait pas en tout cas le logiciel permettant le scan du QR , une dame derrière ( N+1 ) le surveille discrètement … le jeune homme finit par me laisser passer après avoir vérifier qu’il était à jour . Et de suite sa « N+1 » intervient avec un ton très arrogant envers ce jeune homme « t’a pas scanner le pass ? Je t’ai dis de le scanner !!! » Le jeune homme lui explique la situation … elle ne veut rien entendre et lui annonce «  depuis taleur jte regarde à la caméra «  le tout avec un ton insupportable et très dévalorisant pour le jeune … puis lui tend la casquette « Tiens , mets ta casquette ! Ça fait plusieurs fois que jte l’dis !! » Niveau management , tout est à revoir ! Et cela met un froid glacial , ce qui m’a juste donné envie de faire demi tour … Contrôle de pass ok mais aucun nettoyage des tables , ou est la logique ? Ayant fait plusieurs Mc do , j’ai vu des ambiances bien plus sympathique avec bcp plus de monde donc bcp plus de travail et toutes les conditions sanitaires et autres étaient réunis ! Bref ,...
