I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chabraca Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The ambiance is charming, with beautiful decor that perfectly captures the essence of Corsican culture.The menu was a delightful mix of traditional Corsican dishes and modern culinary twists. I highly recommend trying the wild boar stew—its rich flavors left my taste buds dancing! They offer to park your car for you on arrival. No expectation to tip the valet. Beautiful coastal views, buzzy atmosphere (with patrons but also literally with 5 or 6 large persistent wasps that wouldn't leave us alone during the meal. The service team brought out burning coffee grinds but undeterred, we had to move inside from the wasps to be able to eat). Fresh whole seabass and John dory was cooked very well. Tuna tartar was tasty and an innovative twist and the Corse salad was very good. As with everywhere in Corsica it is expensive for what you get but one of the best meals we had out...

WONDERFUL RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE Extensive menu, great cookery, stunning views, warm professional servers make this a not to be missed restaurant. We attended twice as a couple and once as a family on our 3 week stay in Corsica and this restaurant stands out on so many aspects. We had also been to the Terramea for dinner on a busy evening a tiny menu and we had to wait 90 minutes between courses because the servers were out of their depth, however it was even busier at A Chabraka but Remy, Jean Luc & Emmanuelle made it look easy….
