McDonald's — Restaurant in Strasbourg

What a disappointment.

I went in to use the free wifi and attempted to make a purchase to not be a free loader.

I put my order in the computer and to pay in cash at the counter.

Three staff were busy with delivery orders and I stood there for a while and I was not even acknowledged.

I said bonsior to the staff and got eye contact but nothing more.

What was the big disappointment one in the staff at the counter ignoring me was the manager.

I left without purchasing anything.

On my way out I told the young man on his cigarette break about my experience and he was embarrassed and said he will fix it.

Too late Mcdonalds. I walked out with my money and...

In common good place to eat, but the service can be much better. We ordered Mc SmartMenu and Mc SmartMenu+ (5 and 6 euro) and can't find any difference. In my opinion in Germany this same items surprisingly taste better. We were waited a lot of time for our order (about 15 min). There were only 2 orders in work at the same time. Preparation of our order takes a lot of time because of trainee on the kitchen. She can't figure out how to prepare mac menu chicken burger. At the same time the door for the couriers was closed and all the time clients must open it for couriers to get...

Nous sommes venus manger avec mon copain au McDo des Halles à Strasbourg, et franchement, l’expérience a été très décevante. Déjà, énormément de bruit dans la salle, c’était à peine supportable. Mais le pire, c’est quand mon copain a reçu sa commande incomplète. Quand il est allé le signaler à un membre du personnel, celui-ci a tout simplement pris le papier de commande, l’a froissé et a répondu de façon sèche que « ce n’était pas comme ça que ça marchait ». Aucun professionnalisme ni considération. Résultat : il a dû retourner réclamer lui-même et attendre encore une quinzaine de minutes pour avoir ce qu’il avait commandé. Entre-temps, son repas était froid. Bref, très mauvaise expérience. On ne s’attend pas à un service 5 étoiles, mais un minimum de respect et d’efficacité serait le bienvenu. En plus, des gens fumaient juste devant et l’odeur rentrait à l’intérieur du McDo, ce qui était vraiment désagréable. Et l’employé était complètement perdu, il ne servait pas les bonnes commandes aux bonnes personnes. Vraiment déçus. Je n’y remettrais...
