Sushi Yô — Restaurant in Thonon-les-Bains

Finally a good Asian in the Region. We have gone both in the lunch time and in the evening and although the experience is fantastic at both times, the evening has a clear advantage in terms of the originality and diversity of the menu.

I hope you keep the quality and creativity you have displayed so far on the long run. Your business model will mark the difference with other Asian in the region. Don’t fall in the trap of lowering quality to lower costs. As far as my family is concerned you are the restaurant to watch from Veigy to Thonon!

Pd. If in your family there are people who don’t like sushi, don’t get discouraged! They have made a clever menu that allows plenty of options for everyone; plus they are very welcoming of children.

We were visiting Yvoire with some friends and decided that having a great sushi lunch on a Sunday was a good idea, so we headed up to Sushi Yo. We enjoyed it a lot, the system with the tablet is very easy to use and the food was very good and fresh! If you like sushi a lot and tasting different dishes, don't hesitate to come. In addition, after leaving the place I forgot my jacket and a few days after they helped me to get it delivered at home back again. Thanks for taking care of that! Un nouveau concept innovateur à ne surtout pas rater !

Tout d’abord, le cadre est MAGNIFIQUE. La décoration est très chic et classe. De plus, les places sont bien espacées et confortable ce qui n’est pas le cas dans la plupart des restaurant sur Anthy-sur-léman. C’est vraiment agréable car on s’y sent vraiment bien !

De plus, le concept est vraiment innovateur, rien à voir avec un buffet à volonté basique. C’est un restaurant sur tablette où on peut commander plusieurs plats à table et nous avons droit de nous servir dans une limite de 7 tours. (Sachant que dans un tour on peut commander plusieurs plats à la fois). Personnellement, les 7 tours sont amplement suffisant car nous nous sommes arrêtés au troisième tours. Donc au final, c’est pratiquement comme si c’était à volonté car nous avons vraiment mangés à notre faim sans être allés jusqu’à la limite des tours qui nous ont été accordés.

Les plats sont juste INCROYABLE, les saveurs, la présentation sont juste à couper le souffle. Les plats s’apparentent à du gastronomique. Ils sont sublissime il faut y voir pour y croire.

Et pour couronner le tout, les patrons sont très sympathique ainsi que leurs personnels. Ils ont bien été à l’écoute de nos demandes.

J’ai trouvé le rapport qualité prix plus que raisonnable. Il ne faut pas oublier que pour 38,90€ (le week-end au soir) par personne nous pouvons commander PLUS de 10 plats dignes des plus grands gastronomiques japonais.
