I have just ordered the Thai fried rice and the noodles. I ordered 2 sets each ( total 4 sets) and it was delivered to me only 1 set each. The food delivered was also very plain, the noodles are just noodles itself, without a single vegetable leaf. This is the worst food I ever ordered and honestly I feel humiliated for a dinner this way. It makes me feel that our family is begging for food and it costs $32 euro. Our recommendation is never to order from this restaurant again.
In response to the reply below from the owner. It is indeed this kind of attitude that makes it worse for a pathetic owner that needs to scam food eater this way. Anyway, Uber eats has refunded me the other 2 sets, whatever you said is bullshit and we have the platform judged fairly for us. Packed 4 sets into 2 huh.. please sells ur food with some honestly and integrity. If u don’t, well, we wish you close shop soon.
Updates 3: Clearly, I have moved on, especially Uber has further justified your service and fully refunded us instead of half. ( refer to my new picture) but in order to teach you a lesson on how to be really work and business ethical, not just trying to roast whoever write you an honest review here. I have filed complaints with consumer authority (France) as well as tourism board Toulon. You can explain whatever you want and move on from there as well. Every other customers ( by chance if u see this) please take your time to look back on how this owner handles customer situation, or can read through other reviews and responses from this owner as well. A simply sorry would have solve anything and appreciated, but you...
Read moreWe have nothing bad to say/write about the people in the restaurant. They were very nice. Unfortunately the food was a big deception. We go often to Chinese and Asian restaurants. In this one the rice was hard and dry (we are used to soft steamed rice that we can eat with chopsticks). The vegetables were extremely overcooked and mushy and not crunchy as we are used to. We are used to wan tan soup prepared with pat choi not with lettuce. I'm quite sure that if our Asian friends were with us they would be tempted to invade the kitchen to...
