Expérience décevante - Cuisine médiocre et service peu engageant

J'ai récemment visité ce restaurant en bord de plage et malheureusement, mon expérience a été décevante à plusieurs égards. Tout d'abord, j'ai trouvé que la décoration était classique, mais le mobilier peu confortable pour un repas. Les chaises en lattes de bois, rappelant les jardins des années 70, auraient bénéficié d'un minimum de confort pour les clients, comme des coussins.

En ce qui concerne les plats, ils n'ont pas répondu à mes attentes. Le poulpe à la blancha, basique en apparence, était malheureusement raté en termes de cuisson, ce qui lui donnait cette fameuse texture caoutchouteuse. De plus, l'assiette et son contenu m'ont été servis froids. Le tataki de thon à la mangue n'était pas non plus une réussite. Le poisson était trop cuit et les épices étaient utilisées de manière excessive, masquant ainsi le goût du thon et de la mangue.

Les desserts, nous n'en avons pas pris. Étant donné la qualité des plats que nous avons déjà dégustés, nous avions déjà eu notre "dose".

Les prix étaient également exorbitants pour la qualité offerte. Payer 30€ pour un poulpe froid et élastique, et 29€ pour un tataki aux épices, est tout simplement inacceptable.

Le service était moyen, voir étrange, donnant l'impression que le personnel était en retrait, voire méfiant. Bien qu'ils n'aient pas été désagréables, ils ne semblaient pas véritablement intéressés par notre satisfaction.

En résumé, nous avons mal mangé dans une ambiance peu agréable. Nous avons dû nous rendre chez un concurrent pour savourer un dessert de qualité et terminer notre repas sur une note plus satisfaisante. Je suis désolé, mais je ne peux pas recommander cet établissement pour une expérience...
