Highly recommend this restaurant as it is one of the few on the upper range in the area. They have an interesting wine selection as well :) The hummus was well prepared and the bread was excellent. We ordered a roast lamb (with a 17 hour cooking time, to be confirmed by the staff) for 3 people and we had more than enough! 12 hours after, we are still enjoying it in our bellies, so congratulations to the chef and its team for making it happen 👍 They speak English and the restaurant's location is protected from the Eastern wind. Read moreThis was the best restaurant of our entire 2 week south of France trip. It was recently opened by a husband and wife pair (husband = chef, wife = sommelier). There we accommodating to our late arrival when no other places were open and the food and wine pairings were superb. The service was top-notch. They were attentive and friendly. We were 4 people and got items to share. We had the girondelles and the soufflé sea bass. It was amazing!
I would definitely go back if I was in the area. In a year or two it will be hard to get a reservation at this place as I anticipate they’ll become...
Read moreBonjour. Alors Alors, chez hestia, vous n'êtes pas dans la Provence, vous êtes dans le plaisir de manger, le bonheur de partager. L'os à moelle, brillant, que du bonheur. La panisse excellente. J'oubliais, en apero, un très très très bon spritz avec anchoiade à l'ail de ours topissime. Ensuite nous avons pris côte de (je change le mot car quand je cite l'animal mon avis est rejeté) et thontine de méditerranée. Les champignons (giroles) avec la côte de c exceptionnels. Le seul... tout petit bémol que je mettrais c'est un petit manque de sel mais c'est perso. J'attends le dessert avec impatience... Mais déjà je vous le dis, venez sans retenue...
J'oubliais, quel bonheur avec le service Ils aiment leur métiers et ça ça vaut tout.

Je reviens maintenant que nous avons eu le dessert. Ananas rôti glace vanille Et dessert à l'abricot très bon.
Personnel, l'ananas rôti mériterait une caramelisatiin plus poussée... mais encore une fois, c'est très perso.
Je dis bravo, nous reviendrons... souvent (ce n'est pas notre première visite et je me rappelle la côte de bœuf et la jatte de crème caramel.......
