There is only one vegetarian option and the veggie burger is absolutely disgusting..the service is poor ( the tables are dirty, the floors too, 5 workers hanging around talking, moking english speakers as not one employee had any english to speak to customers ( i mean i get we're in France but it's an airport, maybe an english speaker would be helpfull on your staff, or maybe teach the staff to be respectful of the peoples languages !?) I'm sure I will get a pointless reply of you saying that you will "fix" the problem ( I've read a few of the reviews, most having the same problem, and you have apparently not tried to fix anything..) Though i would much appreciate someone from your team reaching out to see what we can do about the 50 euros I just wasted on inedible food and to watch other customers be mocked for their accents...Looking forward to hearing back from you (P.S I might add that the employee who was doing the least and laughing the loudest had a "team management" t shirt on. I can imagine if your management has this behaviour it is only normal for the other...

Truly awful service!! We understood that they were probably understaffed and overworked but the staff didn’t so much as try to explain the situation. Everyone around us was waiting for at least an hour for what was eventually very bad food. The chips (the only thing they had for vegetarians at all) were cardboard by the time we received them and the burgers were nothing but mediocre. When we were about to miss our flight because of how long our food was taking we asked to have a refund so we could just leave as it was over €65 for three small meals!! they ignored us for almost five minutes while continuing to take more orders. I chose this place for breakfast because the food looked soo good online! That was not the case:

The bagel with egg and bacon was compact and dry, with no greens or spread in addition to the egg and bacon - which contributed to the dryness.

My boyfriend ordered panckes, coffee and orange juice on the machine (you can order on the machine rather than at the register). This never came so we had to ask for it after 20 minutes. At the time of the order this was the only order and the restaurant was almost empty. The pancakes never came so we just left after getting the coffee and orange juice.

The staff at the register seemed highly uninterested, and they clearly take no pride in the food and...
