I have been living in Toulouse for 11 years and had not eaten in a truly good Indian restaurant until today, but it wasn't in Toulouse but in Colomiers. I am very happy to have found this restaurant, honestly. We ordered a starter of vegetable samosas, very well seasoned and they came with some delicious mint and sweet and sour sauces - tamarind I suppose, very delicious and not spicy, but well seasoned, that's for sure. I ordered a chapati with a spinach and potato curry - moderately spicy - and it was spectacular. We ordered a non-spicy curry with potatoes and peas and a cheese naan for my daughter; she really liked it, especially because they respected not putting spice in it, something they don't usually respect in other Asian places.
