INDIAN COLORS — Restaurant in Toulouse

I have been living in Toulouse for 11 years and had not eaten in a truly good Indian restaurant until today, but it wasn't in Toulouse but in Colomiers. I am very happy to have found this restaurant, honestly. We ordered a starter of vegetable samosas, very well seasoned and they came with some delicious mint and sweet and sour sauces - tamarind I suppose, very delicious and not spicy, but well seasoned, that's for sure. I ordered a chapati with a spinach and potato curry - moderately spicy - and it was spectacular. We ordered a non-spicy curry with potatoes and peas and a cheese naan for my daughter; she really liked it, especially because they respected not putting spice in it, something they don't usually respect in other Asian places. My husband ordered a chicken with spices which he also liked. The rice was very well presented with cumin seeds, very well perfumed. We all had a lassi, mine was salty and my daughter's was mango. Really very good restaurant and taste is awesome. It’s been many days we didn’t had this type of taste. He customise the dish as per your need. Very humble and good staff. The taste is really really really good……………… Keep up the same thing wish you all the best.
