Pacific Airport — Restaurant in Toulouse

After a long days cycling along the canal du midi we visit this delightful corner of Toulouse in Blagnac just a few steps away from the holiday inn hotel. As a person that has traveled extensively in Asia and China, I can inform with some Authority that the food served by this restaurant is very authentic tasting, this is quite a rare find in France as most Asian restaurants tend to deliver sweet tasting food that is not authentic. Our selection of dishes consisted of. won ton soup, Bo bau, fresh spring rolls and samosas for the entrees. And. For the main dish - beef with ginger and spring onions and spicy beef piquan and a huge bowl of rice. Deserts of pineapple fritters with rum liquor. Super Friendly Service! Great food - Pho, Beef Lok-lack, Sautéed Duck with Vegetables and Ginger, Chicken in Satay Sauce were All Very Flavorful! Nice inside dinning, but the outside Asian patio garden was a real treat (the one night we ate there, the temperature was 22C or about 72F). Eating really great food, sipping a good red wine, talking with the owner and his wife (who really treat customers well) was a wonderful dinner experience. Magnifique découverte. Quasiment presque trois ans que nous passions devant et qu'à chaque fois on se disait il va falloir qu'on y aille manger. C'est chose faite enfin. Juste avant de rentrer dans le restaurant, on passe sur un petit pont au décor asiatique trop top, juste en dessous un petit ruisseau avec plein de carpe Koï de plusieurs couleurs j'adore. Un gentil monsieur hyper souriant et rigolo que nous accueil super bien. Un petit restaurant simple mais tout mimi. A la fois on vient payer ce qu'il va y avoir dans nos assiettes et non pas le décor. Si on veut un endroit fashion et stylée il faut aller dans d'autres restaurants. Je ne dis pas cela pour ce restaurant, mais pour certains commentaires que j'ai lu et qui m'ont profondément énervé, enfin bon passons, maintenant tout le monde et Chef de cuisine et ou décorateur d'intérieur !!! Que j'aimerais manger chez toutes ses personnes !!! Aller je referme cette parenthèse. Super service, sans nous presser, on a le temps de discuter et de savourer tous les plats que nous avons choisi, plein de saveur, très bien assaisonné, hyper copieux et surtout bien bien chaud. Le gentil Monsieur toujours très souriant tout au long du dîner, prenant le temps de discuter avec nous et même très blagueur on a adoré. Vraiment une très belle découverte, un rapport qualité prix au top, nous reviendrons.
